This easter egg can be seen in all versions of the movie.
Description
In the scene where Hiro and Baymax return home after going to the police station, Hiro sneaks a low-battery Baymax upstairs before coming back downstairs to speak with his Aunt Cass, who is cooking in the kitchen.
As Hiro stands on the stairs landing, the photo behind him on the bottom-left of the screen shows Milo the cat dressed in a costume of Stitch from Disney’s Lilo and Stitch.
