The Pizza Planet Truck is a recurring easter egg found in most Pixar movies.
Description
Very early on in the movie after the first dinner scene, Miguel is heard narrating and states that Abuelita (Miguels grandmother) runs the family home just like his great-great-grand mother did, meaning that she enforces the Rivera families ban on music.
We then see a series of scenes showing Abuelita getting angry at different sources of music, the second of which being a Pizza Planet Truck (or “Pizza Planeta” in this instance) driving by their house while playing loud music.
