Found throughout the world of MGSV: Phantom Pain you can find numerous references to cancelled Hideo Kojima game "trailer", P.T.
P.T. Radio News Broadcasts
Found in a tent to the east on the Africa map just north of the Ngumba Industrial Zone players can find a boombox which plays the news broadcast from P.T.
The area where the boombox is found is foggy and littered with debris which is reminiscent of the Silent Hill series.
