The Dark Knight (Batman)

This easter egg can only be seen after unlocking and building an Asylum on your island.
After building an Asylum on the island, players will be able to click on it and view the information for the building, including the description.
Under the info or description tab at the bottom of the information box you will see a paragraph which appears to be written by one of the Asylum’s patients. At the end of this paragraph the author states:
“I finally emerged as the man I am today – a silent protector, a dark night, the man Tropico neither needs nor deserves. I am Toucanman!”
This, as any fan of Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight franchise will remember, is a parody of the speech given by Commissioner Gordon at the end of Dark Knight which goes like this:
“Because we have to chase him. Because he’s the hero Gotham deserves, but not the one it needs right now, so we’ll hunt him. Because he can take it, because he’s not a hero. He’s a silent guardian, a watchful protector, a Dark Knight.”
