This easter egg appears in all versions of the movie. Stan Lee's appearance is part of an on-going series of easter eggs where he appears in Marvel movies whose characters he likes.
Description
During Spider-Man’s hero montage after he gets his new suit, he stops a guy trying to “steal” his own car which causes the neighbors to complain about the car alarm Spider-Man caused to go off.
After Spider-Man gets yelled at by a few members of the neighborhood Stan Lee then pokes his head out of a window and threatens Spider-Man as a character named, Gary.
