This easter egg appears in all versions of the movie.

Early on in the movie when Hercules is pulling the cart full of hay with his father in it to the market, we see a group of 3 workers building the arc that leads into the market place.

The shorter worker with the beard (right) and the tallest worker with grey hair (middle) are actually drawn after the directors of Hercules, Ron Clements and John Musker.

Ron and John are known to put themselves into the movies they work on and can also be seen in Disney movies, Moana and Aladdin.
